All of our products are print on demand and take 1- 5 business days to make. We will ship your order as soon as it is ready and email you a shipping notification.
Most all orders are shipped via USPS with tracking, however some small items, like stickers, are shipped via regular USPS mail and a tracking number is not provided. USPS transit time is 2-9 days depending on location, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
*Large framed prints and canvas may ship via UPS, Fedex or OnTrac - do not use a PO Box or International address for shipping if ordering large framed items - your order may be delayed or cancelled if the addresses is not valid for delivery with these services.
Orders shipped within the United States will receive Free Standard Shipping!
International orders, including Canada, will be charged the calculated USPS Priority International shipping rate at checkout.
International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your order is refused upon delivery, it will not be returned to us and we are not able to offer a refund.
You may return your purchase within 30 days of your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t accept returns or exchanges outside of this date.
The item must be unused in sellable condition and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund if the items are returned used.
If any items in your order arrived damaged, email us photos and explanation of the issue and we will work with you on best options for replacement or refund.
To start a return or replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and email us at email@example.com
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm the approval or rejection of your refund, minus any applicable shipping costs or restocking fees.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days determined by your banking institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account, it can take up to 10 business days.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Customer is responsible to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If we are sending you a replacement item, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live and will likely be shipped via USPS.
